Generation Now What? is a practical spiritual leadership conference for young leaders and the adults who disciple them.

Together, we'll explore how God is at work in our everyday lives, how our faith shapes the way we live, and how every generation can participate in His work.

This half-day conference is built for busy Christian youth and the adults who lead them who have full schedules and need tools to see change today.

Students will learn to recognize God's presence in their daily experiences and discover how to live as spiritual leaders right where they are. Adults will examine how their own character shapes their influence and develop practical skills to disciple, equip, and empower young people with respect, empathy, and intentionality.

Through biblical instruction, small-group discussions, and hands-on practice, both generations will explore five attributes of spiritual leadership from 1 Timothy 4:12: speech, conduct, love, integrity, and faith. Participants will leave with practical plans to live out these attributes and put their faith into action.

One conference.

Two tracks.

One shared mission: equipping every generation to live out their faith and lead together.

What You'll Take Away
