We believe in shared leadership between adult Believers and student Believers in all levels of leadership in the church and outside the church.​
We believe in Jesus Christ as God (Matthew 1:22–23). We believe that when you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you receive the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14 ) which gives gifts (1 Corinthians 12:11). The moment you believe can be when you're any age which means you get Spiritual Gifts from the Holy Spirit. Spiritual gifts are meant to serve and care for people and get this...there is no age requirement to get them!

Don't we all need the energy, compassion, and zeal youth provide?
What if we paired that with the wisdom and love of God?

Churches use the scripture, "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity" to tell students not to curse or fight or to respect their parents and not have pre-marital sex because they're leaders. We tell them they are to be examples. But are we giving them opportunities to really share the leadership God calls them to? Are we equipping them to build up the Body of Christ? Is that gathering all those who believe in Christ together in knowledge and maturity? Are we stunting the maturity of the Church?
The job of adults is to give Spirit-filled young people the knowledge of the gifts, the One who gave them gifts, and a platform to use them. We do this because they are examples or Leaders to ALL believers! We want to see them in pulpits, classrooms, deliverance services, and in communities using their gifts and serving people. On leadership boards, not just in student leadership, but alongside adults in leadership. Not just inside the rooms designated for youth to be kept in, but before the congregation on Sunday mornings, in revivals, as well as on soapboxes on street corners, stadiums, in soup-kitchens, and even before their friends in the lunchroom. Even guiding their adult family members to Christ.
We allow students to lead and adults support them in their leadership. This ministry is truly STUDENT LED.

Our Mission
Provide practical, relevant, memorable application of the Bible and their spiritual gifts as SPIRITUAL LEADERS. That ministry be student-led and adult supported. 6th-12th graders become disciples that share Jesus’ love to ALL BELIEVERS no matter their age, station, or title. (1 Timothy 4:12)
Our Vision
We aim to see pre-teen and teen preachers, teachers, givers, healers, interpreters of tongues, and so many more, deemed as powerful and as much a blessing as any adult with Spiritual gifts; as testament to God's power.
